  1. Fixing of Workpieces for Vertical Surface Processing

It is suitable for the vertical surface processing needs of shaft – type, disc – type and box – type workpieces (such as motor shaft flanges, machine tool gearbox housings and special – shaped metal parts). The two right – angle working surfaces (vertical surface + horizontal surface) of the angle plate can support the workpiece at the same time. Cooperating with the T – bolts and pressing plates in the T – slot, the workpiece can be firmly locked in the vertical or horizontal direction. This meets the requirements of processes such as milling side slots, drilling vertical holes and grinding right – angle surfaces, and avoids the processing deviation of the workpiece caused by the lack of benchmark support.

  1. Precision Testing for Perpendicularity Calibration

As a benchmark carrier for the perpendicularity testing of mechanical parts, it can fix the workpiece on the right – angle surface of the angle plate. Cooperating with instruments such as dial indicators and micrometers, it can accurately measure the perpendicularity deviation of the two surfaces of the workpiece (such as the perpendicularity between the radial direction and the end face of shaft – type parts, and the bending right – angle precision of plates). It is especially suitable for the consistency testing of batch parts, and the right – angle precision of the angle plate can ensure the reliability of the testing data.

  1. Right – Angle Assembly Positioning Support

It is used for the right – angle assembly of mechanical components (such as frame structures, right – angle connectors and equipment brackets). The right – angle surface of the angle plate can provide a unified vertical benchmark to assist in adjusting the docking angle of the components. At the same time, the components in the assembly process are fixed through the T – slot to prevent displacement during splicing, ensuring that the right – angle precision of the components after assembly meets the use requirements and reducing the later debugging cost.

It is compatible with mainstream T – type fixtures and positioning pins, and can be adapted to the fixing of workpieces of different sizes and weights. Compared with angle plates without slots, the fixing range is expanded by more than 60%, reducing the need for custom – made special fixtures.
  • Durable Structure and Impact Resistance: The whole structure adopts a thickened design (the thickness of the working surface is ≥ 20mm), and the right – angle connection is treated with reinforcing ribs. It can bear the cutting impact force during processing and the heavy pressure of the workpiece (the bearing capacity of a single angle plate can reach 5 – 50 tons, which can be customized according to specifications). The surface is not easy to have depressions and cracks, and has a long service life.
  • Full – dimensional Customization Adaptation:
    • Size Customization: The conventional specifications range from 200 × 200 × 150mm to 800 × 800 × 500mm. The length, width and height can be customized according to the size of the workpiece and the working space.
    • Slot Position Customization: The opening position of the T – slot (only vertical surface / only horizontal surface / double – surface), slot width and spacing can be specified to adapt to the fixing of special workpieces.
    • Precision Customization: The right – angle precision level (such as grade 0 and grade 1) can be improved to meet the needs of precision processing and high – requirement testing scenarios (such as the processing of aerospace parts).
  • Convenient Operation and Easy Maintenance: The working surface is processed by milling and grinding, with a surface roughness of ≤ Ra3.2μm, so the workpiece is not easy to be scratched during loading and unloading. The T – slot is not easy to accumulate slag, and the debris can be easily removed with a brush during cleaning. Daily maintenance only requires simple wiping for rust prevention, and the maintenance cost is low.
