Core Selling Points
- Ultra-High Precision Benchmark: Precision grades cover 000/00/0/1, straightness error ≤0.0015mm/m (Grade 000), compliant with GB/T 6092-2009 and JB/T 10027-2016 standards, providing accurate benchmarks for flatness detection
- High-Quality Natural Base Material: Made of natural marble/granite, with hundreds of millions of years of natural aging, complete elimination of internal stress, non-magnetic, non-conductive, Shore hardness ≥HS75, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the surface is not easy to scratch
- Extreme Stability: Low coefficient of thermal expansion (≤5.0×10^-6/℃), excellent thermal stability, no deformation or creep after long-term use at room temperature, and strong precision retention
- Precision Grinding Process: The working surface undergoes multiple processes such as rough grinding, precision grinding and polishing, with surface finish up to Ra0.012μm, high flatness, close fit with the tested part, and accurate and reliable detection data
- Convenient Maintenance & Durability: Dense structure, strong impact resistance, no oiling required for rust prevention, daily cleaning is sufficient, suitable for long-term stable use in laboratories, workshops and other scenarios

Usage Notes
- When storing, place it in a dry and flat environment, avoid moisture, exposure to sunlight and severe collision to prevent affecting precision; it is recommended to store it in a special packaging box or wooden bracket to avoid direct contact of the working surface with the ground.
- Before use, wipe the working surface with a clean lint-free cloth to remove dust, oil and other impurities to ensure the detection reference surface is clean; avoid scratching or impacting the working surface with hard objects. If there are stains on the surface, gently wipe with a neutral detergent and dry it.
- Handle with care during measurement, ensure the flat ruler is placed stably, and avoid detection errors caused by skewed placement or uneven force; it is strictly prohibited to pile heavy objects on the working surface to prevent permanent deformation.
- Perform precision calibration regularly, it is recommended to calibrate at least once a year to ensure the measurement precision meets the usage requirements; calibration shall be operated by professional metrology institutions or personnel in accordance with relevant national standards.
