Product OverviewThis product is a high-precision cast iron test platform exclusively customized for the wind power industry. It is the core benchmark equipment for R&D, component inspection, assembly, commissioning and performance verification of wind power equipment. Made of high-strength cast iron, it supports modular seamless splicing and is suitable for onshore/offshore wind turbines from 2.0MW to 15MW. It fully meets the adaptation requirements of mainstream existing and new models in the industry.
The product complies with both Chinese GB/T standards and EU DIN/EN standards, and can be directly sold and used in the EU market with complete compliance. It is widely used by wind turbine manufacturers, O&M service providers, third-party testing institutions and research institutes.

Core Technology & Accuracy Standards1. Heat Treatment: Double stress relief (artificial aging + vibration aging), residual stress ≤15μm/m, stable for over 10 years.
2. Accuracy Grades (GB/T 22095-2008 & DIN 876):
o Grade 000/0: Flatness ≤0.02mm/m for high-precision metrology and fatigue testing
o Grade 1: Flatness ≤0.05mm/m for performance testing and precision assembly
o Grade 2: Flatness ≤0.1mm/m for general assembly and welding fixtures
o Grade 3: For heavy load, foundation and large splicing applications
3. Working Surface: High-precision CNC grinding, Ra≤1.6μm. T-slots, U-slots, positioning holes, anchor holes and mounting holes can be customized.
4. Load Capacity: 5–500 tons standard; ultra-heavy load available on request.

Splicing DescriptionModular seamless splicing via high-precision locating pins and high-strength bolts. Step difference ≤0.03mm after splicing. Overall flatness matches single-plate accuracy.
