Usage Notes
- Store in a dry, flat and vibration-free environment, avoid moisture, exposure to sunlight, rain and severe collision. It is recommended to support with a special wooden bracket or shockproof pad to ensure uniform force on the platform and prevent deformation under pressure; regularly check the cleanliness and flatness of the tabletop during long-term storage.
- Ensure the installation foundation is flat and firm during installation, adopt multi-point uniform support, use a level to calibrate the levelness of the platform, and ensure the flatness meets the usage requirements; after installation, let it stand for 24 hours before use to avoid precision fluctuations caused by immediate force.
- Before use, gently wipe the tabletop with a lint-free cloth dipped in neutral detergent to remove dust, oil and other impurities to ensure the reference surface is clean; avoid scratching or impacting the tabletop with hard objects. If there are stubborn stains, do not scrape them with sharp tools, and use special cleaning products to handle them.
- Handle with care when placing workpieces or tooling to avoid severe impact; control the load within the rated range to avoid local overloading leading to tabletop deformation or precision damage; lay a protective pad on the tabletop when moving large workpieces to reduce friction damage.
- Perform precision calibration regularly, it is recommended to calibrate every 6-12 months. Calibration shall be carried out by professional metrological institutions in accordance with relevant national standards; if abnormal tabletop precision, surface damage and other conditions are found during daily use, stop the machine in time for inspection and treatment.
