1. Application Scenarios & Core Functions

This product is specifically designed for motor performance testing, load verification, and other test scenarios. It serves as a stable benchmark carrier to ensure the accuracy of motor test data, with key functions as follows:

1.1 Motor Fixing & Positioning

  • Application: Used for test fixing of various motors, including asynchronous motors, servo motors, and gear motors.
  • Design Feature: The bench surface is pre-equipped with multiple sets of T-slots, which can be used with pressure plates and bolts to quickly clamp motors of different sizes and powers.
  • Advantage: Prevents motor displacement or shaking during testing, ensuring a unified test benchmark.

1.2 Adaptation for Performance Parameter Testing

  • Application: Provides stable support for testing motor parameters such as rotational speed, torque, temperature rise, and noise.
  • Compatibility: Can be matched with equipment like torque sensors, tachometers, and temperature data loggers.
  • Advantage: The bench’s flatness ensures precise alignment between testing instruments and the motor output shaft, reducing test data errors caused by installation deviations.

1.3 Support for Long-Term Load Testing

Made of high-grade cast iron (HT200-HT300) via integral casting. After artificial aging or natural aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, it significantly reduces vibration transmission during motor operation, minimizes vibration interference on testing instruments and data accuracy, and ensures reliable test data.

  • Surface Precision Meets Testing Requirements:

The bench surface undergoes precision milling and grinding, featuring high flatness without uneven errors. After motor installation, the coaxiality deviation between the motor output shaft and the axis of testing equipment is small. It can meet high-precision testing requirements without additional adjustments, improving test efficiency.

  • Flexible Customization for Diverse Needs:
  • Standard sizes available: 1000×1200mm to 6000×8000mm.
  • Customizable structures (based on motor power, e.g., small household motors, large industrial motors):
    • Heat dissipation grooves (to assist motor heat dissipation)
    • Wiring holes (to facilitate test line arrangement)
    • T-slots with different spacings (to adapt to motors of special sizes)
