With its “long strip” structure as the core advantage, this product is specifically designed for long-size workpieces and long-station scenarios. It serves as a dedicated benchmark platform that combines support stability and scenario adaptability, with core functions as follows:

1.1 Support & Inspection for Long-Size Workpieces

  • Purpose: Adapts to the placement and inspection of long workpieces such as shaft parts (e.g., motor shafts, transmission long shafts), guide rails (e.g., machine tool guide rails, conveyor line guide rails), and pipes (e.g., industrial steel pipes, pipe fittings).
  • Adaptation: The long strip shape fully supports the entire length of the workpiece, avoiding deformation caused by “support at both ends and suspension in the middle”.
  • Advantage: Acts as a benchmark surface for testing the flatness and straightness of long workpieces; when used with tools like levels and dial indicators, it accurately verifies the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece’s full length.

1.2 Adaptation for Long Stations in Production Lines

  • Purpose: Used in long-station scenarios such as assembly lines and production lines (e.g., automobile chassis assembly lines, long pipe welding lines) as a station benchmark platform.

The surface undergoes fine milling, featuring high flatness and no sharp burrs—long workpieces won’t be scratched when placed slidably. Debris remaining after welding or processing can be easily cleaned along the length direction. Daily maintenance only requires simple wiping for rust prevention, resulting in low maintenance costs.

The bottom can be equipped with multiple groups of evenly distributed support legs (quantity adjusted according to length), enhancing the overall stability of the long plate and avoiding local shaking caused by excessive length.
